Week 2 is complete and Opening Night is almost here!

Another week is in the books! This week was all about getting things buttoned up before opening night this weekend. We started off this week the same way we ended last week, by dealing with the many complications that came with finishing up the game program. We had many issues with that from companies’ ads to printing issues, but I feel like we got it this time and I am hoping it all worked out and looks good. Despite the challenges though I have a lot of pride in that program. We also got the TikTok created and started up this week and have 3 videos up now. Filming those have been a lot of fun so far using our mascot and some of us in them and just having a good time. We also were placed in what our positions will be for opening night and ran through a mock game night type practice to make sure that all the games for the middle and end of innings run smoothly and we know what we are doing. I was just given random jobs to help out since I will not be there for opening night and the ensuing week due to a vacation. Tomorrow is the first big day as we have media day with all our players so it will be a longer day, but it should be a good one! Let’s go Mill Rats!!
