What a fantastic season!

The season as a whole has now officially come to an end off the heels of an unfortunate loss in our first playoff game against the Chillicothe Paints. Even though we lost the game, it is fantastic to say I was working with the team the year they made their first playoff appearance, and for that to come in only our second season is great in its own right. I learned quite a lot this season. From sales calls, some graphic design work, how to work scoreboard and music technology, how to run our on-field game production, and even a little bit of mascot character work. These are just the main ones too, there are so many skills I either learned or worked on throughout this whole experience. Getting to learn about the operations of a baseball operation in a more laid-back environment was very helpful. This internship will prove valuable to me in my career seeing how similar other, higher-up organizations run their operations. I also made some great friendships as well as some great connections throughout this whole thing. Connections I will be able to go back to as I further my career and friendships I will have for years to come. I take a lot of pride in how we all came together this year to build this brand and put together such great production all year and I will remember this year and this experience as I advance in my career.
